Organic Food

At La Rocchetta we strive to utilize only home-grown products of superior, preferably organic, quality. Aside from our own olive oil, vegetables, fruit and honey produced on the farm, we purchase our eggs and chickens from a local farmer who raises free-range poultry (chickens with names and addresses). Other produce comes from nearby farmers and ranchers, as well as various regional farmer's market which provide seasonal organic food minimizing our carbon footprint. All ingredients are put to good use by the expert hands of Claudio, who specializes in creating dishes inspired by the highly diverse traditions of the twenty regions of Italy. An emphasis is placed on keeping the quality ingredients' natural flavors.
